This mental transfer policy they have is only going to see them going one way. When they lose Billy in January they're screwed IMO.

I agree. I don't really have any hatred towards Donny, if anything I'd like them to stay in our league however if I was a Donny fan I'd be more concerned about the financial situation they could find themselves in if they get relegated.

Personally I don't think Dean Saunders can hack it in the Championship.

I feel that Donnie will be lower half of league 2 within 5 years.

I want them to stay up too, I like the local fixtures but sadly I can't see them getting out of this hole. I agree about Saunders, I think they will regret the decision to get shut of SOD.

I want them back in the Conference.... I'd like us, Leeds, dee dars and the new look Rotherham with their new stadium all battling it out again. Much better derbies.

Crazy with the funds that their board have, the richest board in Yorkshire football but they choose a club thats a bad investment. It all started with their move to the Keepmoat, John Ryan should have started rebuilding Belle Vue stand by stand like we did at Oakwell, we played with only two stands open at one point l'm sure they could have managed.

Diouf out for 4 weeks just means they'll sign another striker

Well they've just signed Fortuné haven't they, better player than Diouf imo.

I don't like to see local rivals struggle (Leeds and the Blunts the expections), but this season, Doncaster deserve all they get, the club I mean, not the fans. By subscribing to Willie McKay's get rich quick scheme, they've plundered themselves into turmoil. And then there's replacing SOD with the far less experienced Dean Saunders, who immediatly interchanged the passing game Doncaster prided themselves on, for a direct game of hoof ball. Jay McEverly hasn't been one of our top performers this season, so for one of the radio Dee Dah lot to say "Jay will never have an easier game" shortly after our game the other week, is a massive statement.

Maybe losing Diouf and allowing the likes of Hayter and Mason back into the team could help them, two players who would be playing for a cause, rather than for a pay packet.

Speaking to a few of their fans its not the ones in the shop window thats the problem its the rest of the squad thats not good enough O'Connor, Stock, Gillett etc.. Not wearing the "Donny Rovers known for their football" speak from some of them, they played nice football for a couple of season's under S'OD and somehow stayed in the league finishing with 49 points, they didn't play that type of football with the previous manager or at any point in their past.

I think the big error from them was the appointment of Saunders, S'OD had to go (he had won somehing like 4 in the last 25/30 games) they could have got a much better manager in.
