    With the very talented Stones signing a pro contract until 2013 summer of. Thats to go with the also talented Rose/ Clark and RNL.

    Whos next to be signed?
    could Lidakevicius be next to sign a pro contract with the keeper been talked up of a possible loan away from oakwell to get further experience.

    RB says he doesnt want 16 stone men just running into is keeper though.

    Not sure where the year come from DeeTee.
    Yes thats what Ronnies said in chronicle.
    Says Him and Lucas will talk about it.

    And TBH why would he want a 16 stone man running into him. It doesn't happen in pro football and defo doesn't happen in npower Champ so why should lucas go through that.

    Be good if Lidakevicius came through as it's been a while since Dave Watson popped through from the academy as a keeper. Plus if he eventually became the replacement for Steele it might open up a market in his homeland to make money out of. Was impressed with him when he came on at Scunny in pre season.

    I've think he could be a good keeper and can make bril saves at times but also can make very basic mistakes.
    He made one against Newcastle u18's. I thought he snapped at the ball but willcox said straight away that is stance was wrong when going to grap the ball. Of course he's 18 and it can be coached out of him.

    16 stone seems a bit heavy for a modern day footballer surly

    Its a physical game. keepers get clattered through out the game. A number of premier ship clubs in recent years have loaned young keepers into the lower divisions. Get them toughened up.

    He's not a boxer DeeTee, he doesn't need TOUGHENING UP.
    He's a big guy who needs experience thats all.
