Having now watched the highlights..

    I am now convinced that Ipswich won that game, more than we lost it..
    We are 12th, on 30 pts, same as big spending Leicester, with Davies on 8 goals, Vaz on 7, Butts with 5, and a team that make us proud a lot more often than not..
    We beat Leeds at their place, beat Senegal Rovers, Hull, and have a trip to Upton Park next week before another 4 big games..
    Nowt to be darn abart!

    But it doesn't make you any less of a fan to say we were **** in the second half. Keith Hill won't some round and cut your todger off. Have some ******** and call a spade a spade ffs. We were ****e.

    Whitey's correct on this one - heads went down in the 2nd half when they wiped out our lead so quickly but Ipswich were bloody good too. They gained confidence and started playing to their true potential. They were physical, strong in the tackle and we didn't cope. Having said that, if Davies scores the one on one and Ranger puts the late chance away, we end up with a point! Perhaps we needed to dish out some physical stuff too - the foul and booking count for us tells its own story. 6 fouls to their 16 and no bookings to their 5... Doyle would've got stuck in and put himself about a bit, breaking up their flow and momentum. Addison might have been able to do a similar job. Hill is still learning in this division and hopefully will have learned a lot from the 2nd half yesterday.

    I posted this directly after the FLS, to try putting a positive spin on it. Yes, like Mr Campbell.
    But read my sublime thread, and the other 5 or 6 posts before this one.
    I said we were gash 2nd half, that they went missing, that it was embarrassing to watch, and so on and so on...

    All this rubbish about who,s fault this was and who,s fault that was, ger off there backs i thought wiseman played alreight i thought davies played alreight ithought vas te was good and drinkwater did a good shift till he got injured, nowt wrong wi steele. All that matters is how they respond next week, thats it end of story.JUST look at names on Ipswiches team sheet if all that lot put a shift in they would piss on the chips of most premiership teams never mind us,And beleive me they put a shift in in second half. theres nowt wrong with our team any on em from captain to subs, there doin there best and most of time getting it reight.

    The important thing is to take it in context, and move on hoping it doesn't have too negative an impact on the rest of our season.
