Just listened to Hill's post match interview and I don't understand his comments

    About people not understanding we're a work in progress and overreacting to bad results.

    I'm pretty sure that there were few if any boos after the Ipswich game despite letting in 5 second half goals. There'll always be your BarnsleyBomber(s) and Dragon Tyke(s) of this world, but lets face it, everyone else pretty much ignores them.

    Overall I 95% like Keith and think he's doing a good job, but the repetitive nature of his comments on budget and supporters isn't half tiresome.

    It's called man management, he doesn't give a monkey's what outsiders think, you protect your men from outside criticism by attracting it to your self, the guys got us weighed up early doors, when we lose he will make a negative comment about the fans and they then rant against him not the players, job done.

    I don't think it's necessary at all. The vast majority of fans are behind him and the players.
