Hope we don't have to extend his loan until the end of the season!

No matter how many posts this person has or has not made, they are spot on re Addison. He's a passenger in midfield.

Why??? Just awful in midfield. Should give him a go at centre half.

Thank you Redstar! And I was under another user name quite a while ago on the older bulletin board, not that I have to justify that............

played well against leeds broke up every attack, played well against forrest and wham. bit off 2day but wasn't alone but we don't play premiere league teams every week or the wind. could give him a go at centre half if injuries prevail.

McNulty was poor again today, should give Addison a chance to play alongside Foster now Drinkwater's back.

He did play well against Leeds but his lack of pace exposes us time and time again

I don't give a sh-t about posts to be honest.

As a midfielder I don't think he offers much to the team. Centre midfield is the most important position in a team and you need to be putting a shift in every game. In his defensive midfield role I don't see him to be a ball winner, any sort of playmaker and seems unsure with exactly what he should be doing. To me he doesn't tick the box for that position.

He is a unit though, maybe could make good use of him at centre back.

Got knocked off the ball at least twice by Leon Britton of all people. Not a good game for Miles.

If I wanted to criticize players today, which I don't, I would get through 5 or 6 before I got to Addison.

He's not a centre mid but he is an anchor man, the one who drops deeper and breaks down attacks before they reach the back four also wins every ball he challenges for whether it's on the floor or in the air. He anticipates passes before they cause us real trouble if played in between the back line and the midfield you'll stop conceding goals it's as simple as that.

I'm not even convinced he's a footballer. Just a lumbering giant.

Agree, thought he was solid enough today. He does lack pace but I think he's pretty effective in that position. Certainly wouldn't ouch him out as the fault today

I could have played well against leeds.

I dont think hes a footballer more like a tree, we plant him in the midfield and hope some one runs into hm every so often.

Far too slow for the championship, in midfield anyway.

If Robins had stuck Darren Moore in midfield the fans would have been going mad,

Addison makes moore look like Linford Christie

Today he didn't play in the anchor man role he played in the centre of a flat 4 midfield. I agree before west ham he was below par, but now he has settled well in that role and I stand by what I said
