I agree with you entirely. The support he is getting is a disgrace at times and the biggest culprits are the negative fans and stay away army. I for one will be gutted if he goes.

The stayaways are bad enough, but the 9000 mutes need to wake the **** up and get behind this club they love.
And anybody who thinks sitting in silence helps the team, needs a word with themselves. These lads have been great WHEN the crowd is with them. Donny, Leeds, Hull, Burnley.. most of the silent games have resulted in a beating.. and dont get me started on those first 2 games where the atmosphere was that bad I thought Gary Willard was the new manager

Before you make any other unsubstanciated claims on here about my Dad I would like you to meet up with us both to discuss these accusations fully. I am sure he would love for you to go through them in detail with you especially with you being in the know and that.

I'd like to ask how my father stabbed John Hendrie in the back when he was off work after having a heart attack at the end of the promotion season and didnt come back until 3 quarters of the John Hendrie season had gone. I have been in John Hendries company on numerous occasions with the old man and without and can guarantee that they are both friends and have never shared a cross word.

But I'll take your word for it.It'll be interesting to hear the facts though.

I work with John and know him very well. It wouldn't be his style to make such comments even if they are true, which I suspect they are not.

 

What wind assisted free kick?

Big Eric was one of my favourites when I first started watching Barnsley in the 1960's, up to when he joined Chesterfield in 1973. But I can't remember him scoring with a wind assisted free kick.

 

Mr X knows more about stabbing (and running) than any Barnsley FC coach, past or present.
