Yes and thats why it's a stupid comment.

People questioning Golbourne, wow. Hes played twice for barnsley and once was against Ross Wallace and Tripper. HE got little protection according to Keith Hill. You give me a full back in the champ that can cope with that.

He obviously thinks Fozzy and Bobby should be playing hence the flippant comment about eating chips on the bench. He is entitled to an opinion no matter how it is conveyed.

Not a bad comment from a nice guy who never insults people or call people names.

Some may accuse you of being a moaner but..

basically you are just one of those pillocks who think that every time a team loses then the players have made no effort, are spineless and are useless.

Re: Some may accuse you of being a moaner but..

Last nights game was a shocker. I am a new season ticket holder and last nights game was my first ever away game. Why do you say he has started become fanatical about his home towns football team. Well its because of KH and DF style of play I've watched Barnsley on and off from being 10 years old the last manager for me that played such entertaining football was Vive Anderson and King Danny.

How ever much we moan last nights performance did not conform to KH and DF's philosophy. we got caught in possession too much we had no creativity in midfield. The defence was a shambles and the so called captain Edwards who i hate as a player because he lacks pace and doesn't have the same touch and intelligent footballing brain as Stephen foster. Edwards is always half a yard behind. For me Goulbourne needs playing time so let him play i would however rather see Wiseman as a winger with Hassell at right back and Wiseman because he has the legs tracking back and helping Hassell out.

The departure of Tonge for me was a great loss as he is the only creative midfielder we have. Also the introduction of Nathan Doyle was pleasing has he can get on the ball and spread it about with pin point accuracy unlike some off our other players.

I also feel I have to grumble about steel he made some real bad mistakes last night with his poor decisions regarding the distribution of the ball same kind of stuff that lead to the last goal at home. I feel this keeper is complacent as he has no one to push for his place in the team.

Last night for me the defence was tampered with too much. We dont seem to conceed too much when foster and Mcnulty are paired together.

    Thats all for now.

Doyle spreading it about with pin point accuracy? Which Doyle? Certainly not Nathan, that is not his game at all.

Re: Not sure if you went tonight Gordon but I can tell you it was embarrassing

Dagnall and Done are not a straight swap for Foster and Bobby though are they? We have let goals in with Foster and Bobby in the side, we let goals in without them, so they are not the answer in either the negative or positive sense of the word. Foster has always been, at best, a limited centre half, Edwards and Mcnulty are both better.

Don';t come on here making sense, you need to mention the fact that Bobby and Foster were on the bench - they played last season at Turf Moor and just look at that result!!! No wait we lost 3-0, oops.
