cant believe its only a point on last year at the same stage of the season, however i think it feels better because of the stability and confidence the management team have instilled in the club, just new on the site, so a big hello to everyone
What we as fans need to realise is that we have spent hardly any money compared to last season (Shackell, Trippier, Harewood, O'Connor, Colace all on a fair wedge and transfer fee). The league in my opinion is more competative this season where anyone can beat anyone. You shouldn't really compare this season to last as the style of football we are playing is far better, its only Hill's first season in charge and he aswell as the players he's brought in are still learning about the championship. We have a gem of a manager and backroom staff and I honestly believe that we will have an even better season next year.
im in whiteley mate , in the navy, you ?? there is a group go up every week on the train mate, new forest tyke and winchester tyke, usually train from southampton parkway.... meet the rest of the london tykes if you are ever interested.... its all about the journey and we always have a crack whatever the result...
hi m8, was a squaddie, decided to settle down here with the GF, work in eastleigh, miss it up north, miss the friendlier people, cheap houses lol and of course the club
What's fans need to realise is that last season we won THREE games in the last seventeen matches, so comparing it at this point it doesn't look like we're that better off. Unless we have an absolute disastrous run in then the next time you do a comparison we will be points ahead.
