I would have thought we would have lost loads on this CAT A fixture with it now being on TV, l dont think the amounts from the TV would have covered a virtually sold out away end and possibly a 15-17k crowd.

And to think someone on here the other day was moaning about the game being 30 quid even though tickets hadn't gone on sale yet to confirm it....

they didn't have a lot of choice really.

the s/t ticket holders however must really feel cheesed off. the value of getting one in the first place is diminishing by the game.

Back to the original decision to charge £30 for a games really....ludicrous...take note The Don!

It doesn't bother me, but I can see why some would be annoyed. At the start of the season you buy one based on cost throughout the season. But with the december match deal, Ipswich reduced, Donny reduced and now this, obviously the value of getting a season ticket has decreased somewhat since last summer.

Some people on here talk some right sh** how does reducing a £30 game to £23 diminish a £13.50 per game s/t?
I for one think the club is run well, just look at Huddersfield they lost £4.1 million this year and £4.7 million last year, but are always perceived to be run better than us? I for one would rather be run in the efficient manner that we are. Well done Don and PC for saving our club and running us in the black, and putting us in a position to watch football at oakwell for many years to come what ever the division were in... COYR

They made a loss because their chairman's given Clark nearly ten million to spend over the last few seasons, including over £3 million last summer. Off the field Hudders has made good profits including record income.

And are still in a division lower than us! Like I said I'd rather be run prudently to secure our long term future the way Huddersfield are run cannot be sustained long term

I just hope that it is advertised. Far too many times this season we've panicked and lowered the price but failed to advertise it very well meaning people still think it's £30.
