    1) Digby could be a right player. Confident, strong, not lacking in pace or height you need at a top level. Could be a proper gem.

    2) Why did we resort to long ball tonight after about an hour? Was never going work.

    c) Our defence is bad. The amount of goals we are conceding is getting hideous. Since the end of November we've conceded about 2.2 goals a game on average (by my calculations). Not good.

    5) Gray is better than Dagnall.

    F) £30 FFS?!

    Thanks.

Maybe Brum being stronger in midfiled forced the long ball game on us.

You are probably right. But if thats what we had to resort to then he had to bring Gray on. People can say what they like about Gray but he is clearly better than Dagnall in the air.

    And just better.

I'll say what I think about Gray then..... he's not good enough. He has no pace, lacks agility, misses a lot and he is not strong enough. He's also slowing down as his age gets to him. He will therefore not improve. He needs to go and the strikers' role needs to move on to someone else. Its early days regarding Dagnell, and he is also a different type of player than Gray so I'll reserve judgement on him. He does however seem more mobile at least....

You are probably right about Gray. He certainly lacks pace and agility. Not sure he misses "a lot" tho and i still think his hold up play is half decent. And like Dagnall he works hard. . . in my opinion.

Now don't get me wrong, at this level I think Gray is a squad player at best. . . but I am still sure he is a better player then Dagnall.
