    Sounds like Keith treated this as some sort of practice match. To that end, I'd say they deserve an apology at the very least.

    Playing defensive away from home is a valid tactic. Not saying I'd necessarily do the dame but why should he apologise for choosing a certain tactic?

    They didn't sound best pleased, and were quite critical. One of them slated Mckeverley.
