    Blown smoke up his arse all year, but no longer.
    He continues to select a sunday leaguer at LB.
    He has Cotterill, Tonge and Smith, all highly-paid or highly-rated, yet whinges about the budget AGAIN in his interview, after getting murdered by the worst, skintest team in the division. Openly admits he wasnt bothered about creating chances today, and came for a draw against the bottom club...
    How do you defend that? Like Jay Maccavelli no doubt.
    Tactically inept, and the soundbites are wearing thin.

    i think it's severe dissapointment he'll see it differently tomorrow no doubt.no one can defend tactics today but hill won't be only manager to have done that but it's certainly gave some on here a good oppertunity to smear the management.
