That had actually crossed my mind. But not because of his comments today, I thought it due to what has looked like making no attempt to win the game at Coventry and seemingly the same story in the first half today.

 

I always get behind them. I never boo. That isn't the point at issue.

His comments are seriously misguided. He seems totally determined not to build a rapport with his supporters, the paying customers of this football club, which I find baffling and completely counter productive.

The fans don't contribute any where near enough to pay the players wages. 25/35% max.

 

Well if I was Hill i'd resign, he's done a good job and all he gets is abuse.He's had every right to have a go at so called fans who have slagged him off since day one.

When after all he ius getting well paid to manage the team and the fans are having to actually pay for the privilege of seeing JayMac, Dagnall etc and then get abused by the ****ing manager?

I think this is a Keith Hill generated Myth. A small minority of fans got on his back (and the teams) after some poor displays against good teams at the start of this season. Since then, he's had nothing but praise from 99.9% of the fans.

Well, EVERY manager gets signings wrong, for me I judge a manager on a season and where we finish.15 points above relegation zone, I'm happy with that.Hill got abused from day one so for me what comes around goes around, if you started a job and got abuse and 6 months later proved you were doing a good job wouldnt you want to have a go at them for proving them wrong?

Just as the fans have who criticise him, the club and the players. I don't agree with most of which gets posted these days, but folk have the right to express their views (provided they don't contravene the site's rules). Keith Hill has the same rights as everyone else.

I agree Wayne. I think Hill is creating a siege mentality because some fans have been nothing but negative since he came to the club. It's pi55ing me off so I imagine Hill is sick of it too.
