    because by highlighting this case and the opposite case of the brit john tappin, extradited to the states outrage will be such that ar dave will be able to get rid of the human rights act which is the bigger picture.

    We should just send him back and pay the fine, the man is vile filth who would kill innocent people given half a chance. He hates us, our country and way of life yet he seeks our protection from facing justice for crimes perpetrated elsewhere. That's fecking irony for you.

    We should just charge him and put him on trial. I have as much time for Islamist fundamentalists as the BNP, fundamentalist Christians, homophobes, and on and on. He seems a particularly horrible inidividual but he should be put on trial if he has broken any of the laws we have to prevent inciting violence or racial hatred. Locking people up without trial just leads to a downward spiral of ****, where everyone degenerates to a base position of flinging **** against anyone they don't like or think talks ****, and everything we have fought for, evolved to, just goes down the pan. You reach the same outcome if you deport someone to a place where they will not receive a fair trial.
