Agreed. From the bits I've seen of him on Player and for real (when my daughter was mascot v Leeds and Donny) - Hill and Flicker were top blokes. Think they are doing a great job, all things considered.

First time in a while that I look forwasd to going to Oakwell.
As works in progress go, this could be a great one. I just hope the knockers don't turn it into an unfinished symphony.

    Me

    Especially his accent.

Bloke's a character, I don't always understand what he's trying to get at in his interviews but then again I think in a lot of them he's taking the ****. He's at the sharp end, calls it as he sees it.

Hope him & the Flick are here for a long time.

I'm well in the 'like him' camp as I think he is doing a fantastic job and will take us places given the chance. I see the 'dont like him' camp has increased to three.

jury still out with me, they key for me is what players he brings in the summer as we desperately need to replace the likes of butterfield(he's going), Vaz Te etc etc.

    So an 83% approval rating

14% are still keeping their options open and just 3 people think Keith Hill isn't right for the job.

Yet on a daily basis we have a dozen posts telling us we're all a bunch of moaning b'stards. We've got Keith Hills mates down the pub telling him we're all a bunch of moaning b'stards. And we've got our Keith himself telling us that the club won't break him.

Any chance you could all just stop addressing those 3 people and start directing your views towards the 97% of us who do support the club? Because quite frankly you're boring the ******* **** out of me.

    Jury out for me

It's remarkable just how quickly his tactics and methods were found out.
For sure he should get a fair tilt at the job but I fear for him as nothing seen so far indicates that he's got the nouse to vary his game plan and do that, not just before the game based on his researce (assuming his does some) but during the match too.
I like his personality though, primarily because, unlike the majority, he has one. His point about the fans is well made, but whilst his style remains uninspiring then the quietness will stay.

I think most of us could hazard a reasonable guess as to who the three no votes belong to.

I like the way his team plays and the style of football he is going for. He's made some good signings (and a few duds). I think he could go on to be a great manager for us . . . I just wish he'd shut the **** up.

Lol. Don't think the response would be so high with an open ballot! Wish I'd put 'Jury out, I'll judge him after 46 games' as the wishy=washy option !
