43 points will keep you up i think. Keep the faith, keep behind them and they will come back a lot stronger next season. LONGTERMPLAN
come on bossman think positive pull yourself together man. stop reading thereevs shitty posts get your shellsuit on go for a run and get a cold shower. we'll be ok mate honest. this time next season we'll be re re releasing the single "it's just like watching brazil" trust me.
However we do it we will be ok this season then Hill can plan for next season. We'll be fine with Hill, he just needs time. Keep the faith.
ah this is the positive thread, erm ok, here goes. we may just survive. will bet anyone here that forest finish above us
I'm usually as optimistic a fan as they come, but We've picked up 13 points out of the last forty eight. We very rarely play the pre-Christmas style of football, nor see the intense work ethic (best summed up by the likes of Perkins, Drinkwater & O'Brien) that became the accepted norm. I appreciate that losing the departed Vaz Te & Drinkwater, along with the injuries to Butterfield, Perkins & O'Brien has had a damaging effect on the team. However, the players coming in have failed to grab their opportunity, often flattering to deceive at best and playing poorly at worst. There's still time to turn things round. Perhaps some of the young Academy lads can grab their chance (if presented), similar to Digby, and freshen our play up.
Re: I'm usually as optimistic a fan as they come, but How come when you say this, no-one says owt, when I say anything like this I get dogs abuse? Maybe I am just not as cuddly?
Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! Thank you, my old, CUDDLY mate. That's certainly cheered me up!
Re: I'm usually as optimistic a fan as they come, but Good time to play Reading should be fresher as they have to play Pikeys on Tuesday.
I am currently on approximately my 13th long term plan at Oakwell. Biglil must be up to his early twenties and Geraldinho of London Tykes must have seen more long term plans than you've had hot dinners.
I'd be happy If we go out and give it a real go next Saturday. If Reading are to win, let's at least make them work their socks off to achieve it.
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! Hope you are OK tonight matey, I wish the players that come to BFC could actually manage to see a full season out instead of going to the beach early. It is the same every season. Hill was not supposed to allow this sort of thing to happen, stronger than the others etc, same old crap after new year. Does my head in. We flatter to decieve every season.
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! I reckon that problem lies at boardroom level. Players have changed, manager has changed, theyve stayed the same.
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! Not here mate, we dont watch tv!! Only have one so grandson can watch dvd`s etc. The only thing I have watched on TV this year is Mrs Browns Boys. Since that finished nothing. Only tv I see is at my mum`s when we visit.
Re: Red wine coming down my nose as I laugh!! Have you got a TV licence? Just being a bit nosey as usual
