    You may well do mate but my shifts determine when i go through the week.

    When i am on nights or day shift i am usually in around 2.30pm for about a 90 minute session.
    On a weekend i go either a Saturday or Sunday morning if i am not working at around 11am for same duration of time.

    I'm part of the BBS weight watchers too

    Lost almost 2 stone since the turn of the year, now weigh 13st 8.

    And I've quit smoking.

    No buns, no cakes, no bacon sandwiches, no cigs, no alcohol.

    I may as well be ******* dead.

    I've lost about a stone since the turn of the year, and the majority in the past 4 weeks after giving up bread and chocolate for lent despite thinking the Catholic Church is full of cnuts.

    Less ****, more exercise. And I've signed up for the half marathon again.

    But I am bored and miserable as fck.

    Bread is my weakness Dyson that i'm struggling to cut out.

    Cheers mate. Training in earnest started tonight.

    I say cut out bread, but I've still had the odd pizza etc. But cutting out a loaf every two days makes a massive difference.

    Sheffield - May 27th.

    Ran it a couple of years ago with little training so hoping to make a good go this time. Running in aid of Barnsley Hospice.

    Well done jack, its easy to put weight on but it's never easy trying to get it back off.

    I'm Carl one of the Health Trainers involved in Fit Reds, we are based at Shaw Lane through the week so if anyone wants help around there diet through food diaries etc or help linking up with available physical activity groups around the borough, or even if its support or external pressure, we can do it.We could even go through the information we go through on Fit Reds but 1 to 1 and without the physical activity session after, just get in contact. It's a free service funded through NHS Barnsley so no hidden costs etc.
    We don't lecture or judge anyone or start making people do press ups etc (unless running a group where you signed up to that!) that's not what we are there to do.

    I am on a course all next week though but if anyone wants to meet up this week I might be able to fit you in.

    I decided during my Xmas 2 week holiday I'd break my stamina levels and start running plus stopping eating *****. I'm not going in for the fashionable low carbs craze, just cutting out crisps n cakes n that, I'd started running 5.4 miles a day (now about 4 times a week) and the weight started coming off. I've lost just over a stone and for the first time in a long time i'm below 13 stone. So at 6 foot I'm back inside the healthy BMI zone.
