Got a bus last satdy with child in push chair.. no problem whatsoever..

wheeled it straight onto the Stagecoach bus, paid the driver who was curteous, he waited while I parked the pushchair up, put brakes on, and sat down. first time I've taken baby on the bus, these modern buses just the job. Shame they're not cheaper to use.
Almost forgot to mention, Just before this at the bus stop, I bent towards pushchair to sort baby's coat out, and as I looked back up a fecking Taits bus drove straight past. What a ****er.

How would the Taits bus know you wanted to get on though?

I remember that as well happy days - could get all the way From Wombwell to Barnsley and Back for 4p

Now if I get a bus into Farnham all 1.5 miles its nearly £2 - I only did it once

Flat fare of 1.90 in Liverpool! Four bus journeys for me a day - would cost me nearly £40 a week to get to work. Thank god for monthly pass at £56!
