    when I was at School 43 - 31 = 12

or are you saying a side in a false position because they cheated by spending money they didnt have then walking away from the debt dont count

lets be honest on far less money than last year we have performed basically the same until we lost Drinkwater Vas Te Butterfield OBrien Hassel Perkins but this time arent signing Harewood etc to give us momentum at the end of the season.

Shackell wasn't near a million, Robins made a good profit on him, would've made a brilliant profit on him if The Don wasn't at the negotiating table

I'm looking forward to the accounts next year that shows we've spent far less money

Because we've signed a hell of a lot more players this season.

Vaz Te wasnt offered even a trial ANYWHERE else, and was on £1,500 a week - up to you whether you believe me or not. He is now earning 10 large a week, and went for 850k. As I say, believe me or dont, but thems facts.
    .
The £1.8m that KK mentioned, was how much he has spent since June, on transfers, wages for said transfers, and signing fees, bonuses etc. But then you'd know that if you read or quoted him verbatim.
    .
The wage bill is just under £5m this year, so yeah, Mark Robins had far more to play with, and did little better than Keith has thus far. Robins didnt lose 6 or 7 of his star players in January either. Just Adam Hammill.
    .
But again, lets knock our management and squad. Just 3 months ago we were all loving it. What has happened since? The window, and yet more injuries.
Not rocket science. Although I have to say that KK has seemingly lost the plot regarding team selection, tactics, and bringing in Frank Bruno.
He isnt a miracle worker, but lets afford him the time that messrs Davey and Robins got

Robin's didn't get sacked - thought he walked because of the budget he was given for this year

He walked because the board made his position untenable by putting him on notice.

We have seven star players? You get better with every post.

Robins got twenty months so Keef's already coming close to that. I've tried to block Davey's time out of my mind but after seeing the ***** of late I'm looking back on them as halcyon days.

I bet Vaz Te wasn't even on £1k a week.

He either signed for us, or didn't have a future in English football. For once in our lives, we were in the driving seat on that deal.

    Haha!
    You amuse me pal.
I support my club, you do it down on a continual basis. And, I happen to know a helluva lot more than I care to share. Which helps. Perhaps its because I suck up to the club and management, who knows..
    .
For the record, 6 or 7 star players -
    Butterfield
    Drinkwater
    Vaz Te
    Hassell
    O'Brien
    Perkins
You may as well count Davies in that, because without the others, he's a lone warrior at the moment

We are a far more effective side with Perkins in it.
I take it you prefer Doyle, Smith et al?

So Leicester with all their millions and millions want a player like Perkins. I find that one hard to believe.

Hemsy is correct. I chatted with their fans on their forum and when Drinkwater went there they said they'd have preferred Perkins.
I have said this before, but nearly every one of the forums Ive been on post-match, Perkins is the player they admire the most.
Go and ask em yourself TroutPout, seen as you struggle to believe it

I admire his work ethic and do agree we need it but as a footballer he is very limited.
