Next year we'll be in the championship, holding our own like we have done this season,

 

lesgue 1 manager for 1 season, some league 2 players, league 1 attendances and wage bill, and we will fall

 

why not blame the people that are really at fault here, the stay away fans, and not the manager and owner

 

well i will be to blame next season then, turned down overtime laast 3 games, no more.

 

Fair enough pal you do what you want to do, i can't blame you but remember this your club is **** all without you, and if you don't go things will only get worse,

the problem is in the summer we will get in some decent players, and play well for a few month, then the big boys will come along and pick off all our best players again, and we'll be back where we are now, the problem is in this day and age we are never going to generate enough money to keep hold of our better players, Barnsley fans are not willing to pay the ticket prices needed to compete at this level and we are never going to get a millionaire willing to throw is money away in order to entertain people that do nothing but moan, in the short of it we're punching way above our weight anyway so just enjoy the championship wile it last

been here since 1980, from next season i will pick my games. the club does no advertising, there are no incentives to renew. the worse manager in years, who has nothing but distain for the fans. no thanks.

And will still be going next season come what may. I have experienced more downs than ups in my time. This year was looking very positive until we lost the core of the team and then sufferred injuries to the ones who were to help see us through. Recruiting at this time of year is notoriously difficult, so we just need to batten down the hatches and weather the storm. Hopefully we will still be in this league next year. The following few years are going to be very signifcant in the world of football when only the well managed will survive.

Your last point re only the well managed surviving. Why are you sure of this? Clubs being bankrolled by owners will continue to be so.

I will turn up until I am priced out - because I love my club, win, lose or draw, regardless of division etc.
