Fosters? I'm no beer/lager connoisseur but Fosters is not nice. The only good thing about Fosters is its adverts!
Fosters??? That is so you! It's nice to know your gobby, youthful ignorance isn't limited to football!
Leffe Blone.. is grand stuff.. you can't compare that with Fosters for goodness sake I drink lager regularly and some real ales. Fosters is too sweet, if i'm having a regular draught lager then I like Carling. However, I love a rendevouz or 2 with Madame Artois.
Re: Leffe Blone.. is grand stuff.. you can't compare that with Fosters for goodness s Foster's is vile, and that's coming from someone that drink's Tesco's own beer. But that Leffe if rank, i'll give you that. Bloody foreigners.
Please tell me you're on a wind up H/T it's a pub a place of socialising, interaction and they wouldn't let you sip your'cat piss' in peace.
I don't know why anyone would drink tasteless lager when they could have ale, it's not as if British ales are very strong-tasting compared to most countries, get a golden ale down yer.
Re: Walkabout, now your talking cat piss No not at all, I'm currently enjoying a bottle of Kingfisher.IMO some draught lagers are, heineken, carlsberg to name 2. But some of the premiums ones have great character.
Re: Walkabout, now your talking cat piss I'm surprised at how many people seem to know what cats piss tastes like Ive no idea - but I do know that a lot of the UK brewed lagers are nothing special - the Bavarian ones brewed under the German purity laws are a different matter altogether though
