Good team performance all round with Wiseman and Golbourne the stand outs for me for raising their own game the most. Pressure has now been released and maybe the freedom to express may come back. Next home game, televised, needs to be an outstanding performance to sell Hill, the players and the club to our own town and the rest of the country. Lets hope the opportunity is taken.
The last time we were on TV (Ipswich at home in December) we had just won 5 games from 6 and talks of a play off push were in full swing and I bet a few people tuned in to that match to see what the fuss was all about.....only to see us concede 5 goals :tongue: It's gonna be tough against West Ham as they have the best away record in the Championship - but so did Hull when they visited Oakwell and we managed to beat them so why not again?
I was wondering about this the other day, well not quite this, but anyway, i wondered about how we would be in the table if each match was only the first 45 mins? I reckon we would be well up the table, because we seem to lose the matches in the second half! I might be totally incorrect about that but its how it feels to me anyway!
The last time I heard that stat mentioned we would haven been third on first half performances - that was a while ago
