Morrisons on West Way, but point stands in general.

I'm running on fumes but rather break down than sit and wait 45 minutes behind 4x4 gas guzzlers putting £6 in and filling a jerry can.

Does my frigging head in. It's like xmas at the supermarkets; they close for two days yet some people are acting like we're going to war and behave like selfish morons. Even if there is a strike there will be a weeks notice so panic buyers need to get a grip ffs.

I once heard a chief constable from somewhere or an other, a few years back now....talking about the great British public..saying that if ever there was a proper crisis in this country..to keep order...they'd have to shoot people.......no truer word..

Panic buying fuel is clearly ridiculous

Until other people start panic buying fuel and then it becomes the only sensible option.

You could of course wait until your usual day to fill up safe in the knowledge that you're the sensible one and all those that were out panic buying are the idiots. Then of course there won't be any left and you won't be able to drive your car anywhere. Who is the idiot then?
