Why does keith hill insist on substituting a full back for another full back almost every week?

The full back he took off on Friday was our best defender by far.

Who did he take off? Must admit I'd lost interest in the game after about half an hour. Thought Dawson was the only semi-decent player on Friday, not saying much mind.

Golbourne. I thought that compared to the other three he was the best by a mile.

I don't understand why he has an obsession with changing our full backs regardless of how the team is playing. I've just looked and he's taken a full back off once ever three games this season. That's not normal surely?

Maybe he's just trying to find a back four who don't concede a bagful.....
