    Thought nouble had a decent first half yesterday, won loads of header and gave the centre halves a torid time

    On the evidence of the last 2 games, Nouble has done ok and holds the ball up pretty well too, which Davies often struggles to do...

    Couldn't Davies play off Nouble all Davies wants to do is shoot which does help when your a striker.

    When someone says a striker "holds the ball up well" it's a euphemism for "he never scores and has no talent", e.g Special Kay, Andy Gray or Emile Heskey.

    Perhaps torrid was the wrong word

    he had a good game

    He was through and then one of there centre backs rugby tackled him and it would have been a red but ref was shocking.

    That's over egging it a bit isn't it?

    He played OK I suppose without ever looking like he was going to score, but I didn't see any of the Cardiff players having a torrid time.

    Thats a bit harsh on Gray - with Vas Te removed from the equation he has scored more goals per minute on the pitch than anyone else in our squad and has scored a lot more goals at Championship level than Frank ever will
