it could be 200,tho',not that far to go..especially if we use a different post for a different bbq horse recipe everytime.

Horse meat can be prepared in exactly the same way as beef.
Care must be taken when cooking horse meat because it is very tender and requires little time to cook. For maximum tenderness, it is always preferable to sear the meat quickly then reduce the heat until the meat is done.
Depending on personal taste, most cuts of horse meat can be eaten pink. Ground horse meat should, of course, be well done.
Each cut of meat has its own cooking method: tender and very tender cuts can be roasted, grilled, sautéed or pan-fried.
Horse meat has the inconvenience of being extremely fragile so it is easily contaminated, particularly ground meat.

seared in a pan,2 minutes each side, then given a good sprinkling of salt from the salt beds in ethiopia...served with chips, done in italian lard (theres a reason for this type of lard),mushrooms and gently fried onions...altho' horse may not be a particularly english dish, english mustard goes very well with it...
maybe with the help of this thread,we could push horse onto the menu in this country....and with the help of the national there could be some fine cuts to be had

I don't think he has a point as people make the decision to run in the marathon. Animals don't make decisions, humans make them for them. The horses have no choice. I'm no PC brigade k.nobhead either by the way

Tell your Uncle to get his balls back from your Aunt, divorce might be the best thing for him if she treats him like that. Poor Uncle Dave
