Yes thanks. The beauty of working in an office is that you get to sit behind a computer that has internet access. So in a sense I get paid to post on here.
good of you to apologise. i will ring you about the part time work your enquired about, probabaly let you do wednesdays, fridays and sundays, 4 quid an hour and a kebab
I think Taylor would be a good signing, never heard of Andy Williams, well not in a football sense. 17 in 38 this season though, maybe worth a gamble, especially on a freebie.
Re: Thanks for that C.T further up the board has hit the nail on the head. Not his best season and I think he's gone stale there and is in a rut. Oldham are the only club he's ever been at and he's already played nearly 300 games for them. He is definately leaving his boyhood team, but I think Burnley might pip us to him.
Chris Taylor - BIG YES!!!! I have been really impressed with him when he has been on tv, but admit that I haven't seen him this season, so can't say if he is in good form, or whether the Oldham friend is right. Left-sided marauding attacker. I think he started pretty much left back, but has evolved into more of a left wing-back, or left sided midfielder. I thought him an outstanding performer for Oldham and would think he would be great for us - could definitely make the step-up. Just a thought, though - is Hill trying to create a monopoly of all the left-sided players in League One & Two - Golbourne, Collins, now Taylor??? Andy Williams - no thanks, but, again, I have only seen him this season on the Footie League shown highlights, on which he has looked sharp and scored some good goals. A rising star with Hereford, but did not develop as expected at Bristol Rovers, so went to Yeovil, where he seems to have found his level. Maybe he has developed into the prospect they thought he was at Hereford, but I still have reservations. Whatever, the acquisition of both players would bolster scoring options from midfield and we don't half need that.
