ALEX FERGUSON has come up with the most bizarre reason yet for Manchester United’s title defeat — City were allowed to finish after his side.

The Red Devils thought they had retained the crown after winning at Sunderland.

But 13 seconds later news filtered through that City had beaten QPR in injury time.

Fergie said: “The Premier League needs to look into it.

"No team should be finishing after the other. We thought we’d done it.”

Ha! Ha! Ha!., That's fantastic and just a little bit bizarre!.

So, not only does he want Fergie time to keep extending until his team win, as soon as his team win, everyone else has to stop too.

Or does he want some mystic to predict injury time so each game can have a staggered start time.

    Just bizarre.

What he should be annoyed with is...

The fact that out of 5 mniutes injury time, City and QPR only actually played about 3 of them, the other 2 were wasted on City celebrating. When Man Utd beat City in 'Fergie time', time was added on for both City and Utd scoring late goals, and in actual fact, the game only overrun by 10 seconds, yet people go on as though it's something which happens week in week out for Utd, odd.

It does happen for united regularly, hence the fergie time phrase. Nothing was gonna occur in city game, qpr were shot that is why nobody closed Hart down at the end. This is all about fergies bitterness.

A better reason would be that seconds before the equaliser news from the Bolton game came through and the QPR staff on the bench were going mental. A better, not a good, reason

I were gutted on Sunday I really didn't want Man City to win the title, I can't see anyone touching them next season maybe Chelsea if they go for the right manager.

I honestly think there probably was an element of that, but what can anyone do about that? Games always will, and always have, finish at different times even when they kick off together. Unless Fergie really is wanting all games to finish when United's does, which I think he probably does in this instance. Unless of course City were winning at 90 mins then he would want 10 mins injury time so QPR can get a goal. The guy has lost the plot, his head will be spinning.
