    Would love to know how many dem blunts took, bearing in mind the population of their city is 4 times that of our town, and they only have twice as many football clubs.

    Not sure how you think we took that many when our own club reported this

    Yeah I believe we took about 21k. We got hugely outnumbered which is to be expected from a city 40 miles down the road from the ground. Important thing is we won, but would rather we lost if we had taken the path Swansea have since.

    Barnsley - Swansea (at Millenium) was 55,419........much longer distance for Reds fans

    Barnsley - Cardiff (at Wembley) was 82,752

    So these so-called massive teams who played this weekend......are they that massive?

    I've done the mathematics before, many times.................Barnsley have a support of ~14% per capita of population.

    Think Burnley are best supported per capita of population?

    Don't believe either Sheffield clubs get anywhere near this number.......although not sure abot Huddersfield (albeit well done)

    When I can be arsed I'll find the report off the official site that updated the tickets sales to 25k, I remember bragging to my pikey mate at the time that they could only muster 18k for the same trip.

    The ground itself only holds 72500 so after taking the sponsors tickets away there isn't 35k per team, no one gets over 50%.

    Aye it could have been we had 23,000 tickets but sold less, sounds reight that.
