Just wondering if your still a practising dentist mate? ive got a dental problem at the minute, and I am wanting to change dentist, also have a bit of a phobia of the dentist which my current dentist isent very supportive of if truth be told.
I go to Cudworth as they offer IV conscious sedation for people with a dental phobia. Not sure if they take NHS patients http://www.cudworthdental.co.uk/cudworth_dental_sedation.html
Right, thanks for the feedback guys. Im on a low income an have just sent off for a HC2 form, so ideally would like to use this at the place at Cudworthas it sounds exactley what I need, but comes at a cost. However if I carnt I will probably drive through to leeds to see you revvie P.
If Cudworth aren't taking on any NHS patients, which I don't think they are you could ask your current dentist to refer you to New Street Clinic. They don't do IV sedation there but I know they used to have a dentist who specialised in phobic patients and you can have the laughing gas there, it's all covered under the NHS.
