Manchester United change a couple of times.. http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Manchester_United/Manchester_United.htm
Boltons even more, I think its the influence of women, My missis changes her outfit every day...Nightmare..
I agree with you, mate Ignore the views of the fans on the off chance that any potential supporters in the Far East MIGHT be attracted to the club. The new owners have sold the clubs' soul and tradition down the river. As for the club's long term investment and future under these people, I'd have more faith in the Liberal Democrats, and Nick Clegg in particular, to keep their word. However, there'll always be some fans and owners who'd prostitute their values and integrity for the sake of extra pennies.
They should honour tradition and stay blue Then the investors would go away and they'd go out of business the horrible b'stards.
Re: They should honour tradition and stay blue If all it took for us to get 100 million was changing the colour of our home shirt i'd not mind. Football is a business. For me club history is the players who have played for us, us the fans, matches we have played etc. It's just a colour of a shirt. The money that Cardiff will get for this might just put them in the premiership and then ask the moaners if it was still not worth it.
Re: They should honour tradition and stay blue The Club would change in a heartbeat... some fans would accept it straight away, and eventually everyone would accept it. Mainly because apart from the die hard football supporter, the game is about MONEY.. In 20 years time there would be supporters as now, that would reminisce about the good old days. When we had NO money but we played in RED... Enjoy the game NOW for what it is because CORPORATE is the future. And anyone who thinks that, whatever they think, or want for the club, if its different from what M0NEY wants for the club... I`m sorry but YOU lose..
Re: Wonder what REDbird thinks of that...... they are changing to red as they are Welsh and now putting Welsh dragon on too....so they not going to play in the ENGLISH LEAGUE and ENGLISH FA CUP???
Re: Wonder what REDbird thinks of that...... Wait 'till some fecker decides it would portray a more positive image if they changed the ground to oooooooooooooooo like somewhere in England or something see what they think then
Re: They should honour tradition and stay blue so if we changed to blue and white stripes and had an owl for a new badge as long as someone put x millions in club you wouldn't mind?? well i would!!
