I'm currently on a train to Leeds..

The carriage I walked into was not full by any means. Spare seats galore. So I took up my usual window seat and then text messaged my other half regarding what time I expected to be home.
Then, a large greasy haired gentleman came and sat next to me. This despite the myriad of empty seats. I was quite surprised by this, but continued to faff about on my phone.
The rotund chap then got a foil-wrapped sandwich out of his carrier bag, and began to devour it. An egg sandwich. It fcukin' stunk.
Then, to top it off, he then waddled down the aisle and found a seat all of his own, leaving the foil-wrapping on the seat next to me.
I have decided against throwing the wrapper at him, for now.
*reason number 182 as to why I hate public fcukin' transport.

Its about time 'admin' cracked down with the racist remarks, ive seen a few on here over the past few weeks and its not a good avertisement for a 'friendly' open banter board. You make me sick Whitey, even your username is racist!

Whats your top ten 'I hate public fcukin' transport' reasons YT.

    In no particular order:
1 - The fact they never turn up when supposed to (buses more than the train to be fair)
2 - The assortment of weirdo's that tend to use whichever bus/train I get on
    3 - The cost
4 - Those passengers who are 'supposedly' having a one-to-one conversation with the person next to them, yet broadcast said conversation so that everybody hears it
5 - The occasional bus driver that spends the journey talking to some lovely person stood up next to them, about how bad the job is etc
6 - The smell on most buses
7 - The chavs that congregate on the back seats playing loud, antagonistic music, swearing, and other general arsehole-esque behaviour
8 - The fact that I haven't yet got used to Leeds train station and it's maze-like setup, meaning I often run around like David Perkins (I look like I'm getting somewhere but in actuality I'm not)
9 - The complete head-the-balls who I seem to attract as train buddies
10 - Those people who always get out of their seat (on bus or train) way before the vehicle actually stops. Not only is it a blatant disregard of the rules, they look complete bell-ends IMO.

I knew you'd come round to my way of thinking re Perkins! There's a place in the Conan Troutman/Redstar clique if you're interested? I think Redstar wants Dyson but I can't see that happening and you've got a strong case.

I quite like my own clique tbh. Mario, Ponty and Dreamy - not a bad little trio of BBS buddies. But if I get disillusioned at any point I'll do a Vaz Te and force a move to your clique.
Btw, I still love Shirley. I mean, yes, admittedly he doesn't offer very much going forward, but he does a great deal of other work that often goes unseen. I think.

I'll authorise Redstar's bid for Dyson then. I think it will be as fruitless as Keith's attempt sign Gordon Greer but at least it's sending out the right signals.

We'll have to make a bid for a Chris Dagnall type signing like HT.
