    I ride my bike to work everyday from Tarn to Durkar (I think it's Durkar anyway) and by the end of the week I find myself flagging a bit. I just need a bit of a pick me up to get me through the week.

    Difficult choice. We don't get tested at work so that's not a concern but I want the best VFM. I think work takes the attitude that it's guilt by association - if you're biking you're using some form of performance enhancer.
