    Every one of them have had problems, everyone one of them have had a bit of luck. Everyone of them have won the group.

    We knew that hodgson would line a team up to not concede and play on counter. Top and bottom footballs about winning and scoring more than your opponent, the middle bits are irrelevant, are they not?

    How many times have you seen a team play brilliant football and get bet? Loads

    Hard game against Italy but bearable just like any team in tournament.

    so just two things to dispute
    First Holland have hardly been playing total football - they had sides who were much better as a team than the one that they put out this time
    second I think had they been in our group and we in theirs I suspect that they would still be in the competition and we would be out

    Thar said its hard to knock England they have won the group cant ask for more than that and its a lot better than many expected me included - I thought we might just scrape through in second place given a result going our way but wouldnt have been surprised if we had been on our way home tonight. Dont expect us to beat the Italians but they are even worse at Penalties than us so we may scrape through that way

    There defence.
    Both portugal and dutch caused them problems.
    Dutch had the better of first have and missed. RVP missed a couple that he would have scored for arsenal.

    sorry czech, Russia 4-1 czech. that game i couldnt see them getting a point.

    Spain yesterday. If it was a knock out game i couldnt see them scoring. They only got a goal when croatia had to go for it.
