    Sincere heartfelt thanks to Young and Cole for missing their penalties and saving the nation from the embarrassment and humiliation of being thoroughly stuffed by the Germans.

    Absolutely abysmal performances from Rooney and Young.

    Ashley Cole was solid yet again for England, you can count his bad performances on one hand. Young was poor, so was Wellbeck and Rooney looks knackered despite a months rest!!

    I think we need to get used to them in our midfield. I really like Roy but I can't watch that crap, its soul destroying seeing us accept we are second best and play for penalties.

    if we're going to play Parker in his "destructor" role we need a Pirlo style player in front of him, but I'm sorry Stevie G isn't cutting it...
