Allowing goalkeepers to move during a penalty kick

    Is the only rule change that has improved the game in the last 25 years...all other introductions have failed in my opinion...

    Cant you remember all the back passes to the keeper where he would pick it up roll it to edge of area pick it up again wait an age before kicking it up field.

    I think it was 1996 when it increased to 5 not sure when it went to 3 though

    Trainer on - player off is a stupid rule. Not stopped play acting - let play continue as trainer is on the field may make a difference

    I'm not sure about this apparent new rule never to give foul throws. Well I presume it's a new rule with some of the throw-ins I've seen over the past couple of weeks. Some of them make no attempt to perform a legal throw. They may as well roll it in!

    I like the pass back rule. Much more exciting then allowing a team to blatantly time waste by throwing it to the keeper to pick up.
