    No, but he's proven his body is upto it now. Plus he's got a full season under his belt.

    Seemingly he was highly rated before the injuries. We're just letting him prove himself.

    I don't think keane passing was top.

    Your problem HT is in thinking that you can only play with a team that has players who wear your specific labels e.g. "I'm the water carrier" or "I'm the long haired highly shaggable creative player".

    Remember the nasty but often nice to watch Leeds team. Their midfield would be Bremner and Giles with Gray and Lorimer wider. Who's wearing your identikit hats there?

    Dunno. But you wanting to sell a centre half who played 40+ games in the Championship to a team that paid 5 million for a centre half last season for 300k will have you working as Don's understudy.

    I'd want a million quid. Minimum. Whether he's worth that is a different matter.

    But to counter that every players analysed and they need to be very very good at one thing to play in a top team.

    Scott Parker works very well in a team with Modric and RDV

    Last season I posted that I would accept the fact that from time to time we'd concede by playing football in all areas of the pitch (most specifically in our own half) and was called mental by Jay of all people (I respect him). I stand by that and agree with you. I'd love to see us play a progressive passing game week in, week out. If we get gubbed from time to time by doing that, then so be it. We need people like McNulty and Butterfield to do that. Perkins is also a decent footballer but only in so much as he gets the ball and tries to find a red shirt within 10-20 yards of himself. If all 11 players did that 95% of the time, I wouldn't complain.
