Sounds like £250k or so might be what it was then...

Trouble is they'll double it to £500K and they'll probably accept it.

They should take it all the way to a tribunal unless they offered no less than £2M

Back in January when we had all the speculation then, Hill suggested a minimum value of £3m in the open transfer market. I doubt his opinion has changed much since then.

It's not really disrespectful. It won't be anywhere near what he is worth, but Norwich have got to try to get him for as little as possible. They knew full well we'd refuse it, but now they take that valuation to the tribunal, we give our valuation and the final figure is set somewhere in between. We'd have done exactly the same thing were we the buying club. It's just business.

"It's just business" and "not really disrespectful" aren't mutually exclusive terms....In fact they are closely related.

Listening to thay, Keith doesnt sound convinced the tribunal money will be put towards strenghtening the squad.

Surely there must be a bit kicking around in Don's penny jar by now?

Well said Keef. If they have offered someone injured all through 2012 and not expected to be fit for another 2-3 months a four year contract, they clearly rate him highly and should pay us as such.

Would love Keith to be at the tribunal, reckon Norwich would give us an extra £500k just to get him to shut up!"

Sadly I reckon it'll just be Don and our lawyers, who'll probably just work out how much we spent on Jacobs' kitbag and settle for that plus a toblerone. The fruit and nuts ones are good to be fair.

I just hope that they go for the really big ones like you get from duty free, not just one of the shitty ones from Tesco

All part of the game Keefy, but it will earn you a few brownie points with the fans.

    Super.
