    The trial started against the other directors in April and the closing speeches were made last week according to an article I saw.
    Mr Cryne didn't stand trial at this point due to being unwell. He will face trial at a later date.

    I understood he weren`t standing due to health it twer tothers I was wondering abart.

    Won't the verdict be witheld until the Cryne case? Undue influence etc.?

    Would they bother prosecuting another case if the crown lose the first one?

    I suppose it depends on what evidence there is against each of them, probably not though.
