    If this were available it might be a self regulating option .... 5 people STFU a poster...automatic 24hrs block comes on... might stop intimidation bullying etc.. with posters leaving this site, if this were an option I would vote for it..

    Maybe a block from commenting for 24 hours would be better than blocking them off the site altogether. But, it could be a good idea.
