ok we get the message that your 3 year old son has been refused a season ticket for being too young. Just wondered if you had exhausted all local media outlets or has there been anyone you havent told.
The club have completely failed to give a reasonable, acceptable or straight and honest reason for their stupid policy in my opinion and until they do that, and until they answer the questions put to them then I feel he is right to keep banging on. THEY are dragging themselves through the mud with their policy and lack of clear answers.
Can you list the clubs who REFUSE to admit under 5's whilst allowing players and managers to take their under 5's to the same matches?
You keep burying your head in the sand and pretending that our club is run perfectly, it's ok nobody minds you doing that. Some of us however wish that our club was run better and that efforts were made to fill the 25,000 empty seats. Nevermind though, as long as they manage to take orders via the internet in 2012 we can all praise them for being distinctly ordinary.
The club isn't perfect, but it doesn't need people like you getting on their backs 24/7. I'm quite surprised our stadium has been expanded since the end of the season though, 25,000 empty seats eh?
No in truth, I took my son when he was 3 and has been absolutely barmy over the club ever since. I was 4 first time I was taken, the club are saying no-one under 5 should go because they may get hit by a ball!!!! H&S is just an easy way to prevent a youngster from going.
Maybe the club aren't the ones to blame for looking after themselves. Perhaps we need to look at those who have taken their kids to matches, hurt themselves i.e. falling over stairs/jamming fingers in seats and tried to hold the club responsible. The blame/claim culture is rife, and BFC are doing the right thing, in my opinion, by protecting themselves.
