    So basically hes been told who the players re but to keep his trap shut or radio sheff will be banned form oakwell and we will only talk to dearne fm like last time because it want so well!!!

    The club don't want the names in the public domain, so as to stop any threat of the deals being hijacked ala Norwood.

    Correct mate and i agree entirely. But why tell Rob Staton in that case then.......

    No, I know that mate. Banter of a light-hearted nature is where it's at. :)

    As for Staton, I dunno. Perhaps the club haven't told him the names, but he's found out anyway? Or, and this is my guess, Staton doesn't know the names but is pretending he does to look coooooooooooool.

    Rather they didn't mention it. All our signings this year have come out of the blue. Every time one hsa been mentioned (Norwood, Greer etc) it's not come off.

    It came pretty much out of the blue, though. Mentioned on the Saturday and everyone thought it was a pisstake and he'd signed by the Thursday I think.

    And it was all over the place Etuhu was signing for Portsmouth and then suddenly he'd signed.

    Either way, no one knew owt about 3 of our 5 signings so I'm still reight.
