There's a conspiracy theory that James Holmes didn't commit the murders in america

    He's the batman cinema shooter by the way.

    The main arguments seem to be:
    1. The photos of him shown in his orange jumpsuit don't look like the same person as the photos of him before the attacks.
    2. He was unemployed yet spent 20,000 dollars on ammunition.
    3. He was apparently found drugged in a car wearing a gas mask yet police photos show a gas mask laying on the floor quite a distance from the car.
    4. He had no training or qualifications in that field yet created explosions that took experts days to disarm
    5. Witnesses state that smoke bombs came from the other side of the cinema to where he was standing.
    6. A witness with arms experience (I forget whether he was a soldier or navy officer) stated at the time to police that a man was shooting with precision and skill and estimated that the shooter probably had military experience. James Holmes had no such experience.

    thoughts? Are they just nut jobs imagining things or is there a possibility that some kind of conspiracy is happening?

    The only thing that has bugged me about this and has since the day it happened is that apparently he has shown no signs at all of being a murderer prior to the attack yet within hours of it happening his mum told police 'you have the right man'. I just don't understand why she would say that. And why she would say it so publically. It's like the police arrested him and she went out in public and said 'we're not surprised really, always knew he was a killer' which seems a little odd.

    He did it. Americans are stupid and love a good conspiracy theory, 9/11 and Nixon assassination for instance.

    He dyed his hair red and told police he was the Joker.
