    Re: I've seen the accounts

I know nothing about this or accounts in general, and am probably talking utter nonsense, but wasn't Cryne personally underwriting the wages of some of the loan players? So whilst the accounts looked healthy they included Cryne's personal backing which is no longer forthcoming?

they maybe his signings but not his 1st choice sort of good squad additions at the moment.( as yet) as to the newbies they may/maynot be match fit, i'm not trying to make any excuses just giving a possible reason. 4-4-2 at home 4-5-1/ 4-2-3-1 away

Cheers, amazing how much I think I understand and don't in reality.

My latest idea for football is that every club has to publish it's wage bill which is put in to a table. Any manager who then finishes in or above that position can't be sacked except for gross negligence.

    That seems fair

Keith Hill is not above criticism, but I have confidence that, given time, he'll be a success for us. Others think differently, which I accept and respect their opinions. They are constructive in their criticism and offer an opposing, yet still positive, approach. Others still, persistently complain about anything and everything with regards to the club. Nothing is ever good enough for them.

    I'm certain

There's a Benny Hill (or even a Chubby Brown) joke in there somewhere! Where's DeeTee when you need him?:D
You're one of the people I spoke of earlier whose views and opinions I always listen to and respect, even if I may not always agree with them.

I thought Boro was a team that we could expect at least to get a point off at home on the opening game and we did. Wolves I didn't expect anything from , hoped but no expectation. Brighton is one of the away games, whilst not expecting to win , expected to run them close ,maybe get a point , very disappointing. 3 points is reasonable from the opening 3 games,4 would have been nice but the goals conceded is worrying. Bristol at home might be more of a measure as to how we will proceed in the coming months, I'm expecting 3 points, 1 point won't be too disappointing ,a loss and its looking grim already.
