Enclose the bars inside the concourse, seen a few grounds do it. Don't affect any other part of the East stand, build a wall and a ceiling, kit the interior out. Although putting windows in the back of the East where would wind blows through would be an improvement, terrible design.

    Re: Whinge whinge whinge

Assuming this is aimed at me... all OPINIONS are 'allowed' but generally the better opinions have some weight and explanation behind them rather than it just being a moan or simply just a comment such as 'rather we'd spent it on a player'. In my personal view, if someone makes a blunt comment like that, it's a moan/criticism, whatever you want to call it.

I have explained why the 'I'd rather we'd spend the £100k on a player instead' comment doesn't really stand up, as have others.

I respect any opinion that has reasoned explanation behind it, even if I disagree with the person, but whenever the club announce something positive - eg frozen season tickets in previous seasons, reduced Blackpool tickets, a new scoreboard etc etc, half the replies are flippant, off the cuff one line posts making a negative out of a positive. Have a read through the board.

Sorry, I didn't really get the post and it seems impossible to see who's replied to who, at least the way I view the board!!

In your opinion of course :) which is what football and therefore this board should be about, we are all free to express them thats why being told to 'get a grip' etc by someone who I actually think is quite sensible just makes me smile!

And for the record and feel free to quote me on this I'd rather the club spent an extra 100k on the playing staff in whatever way rather than a scoreboard..... As I said in the original post, just my opinion like!!!

Don't you realise that spending money on a video screen will increase the advertising revenue of the club significantly allowing us to buy £200k players instead of settling for £100k players?

Does it really? Has anyone actually proved this by publishing any figures for 'in ground' at any football club?

This might be a flippant comment but multi national companies aren't going to be beating down our door to advertise to our 7 thousand fans now we have a screen, just my opinion like
