Incidently, last night, watching Leyton Orient and Brentford. Anyone notice the admission price when they were going around witht he cameras before kick off.

    £25/18.

There ya go. ITS NOT JUST BFC. ITS ALMOST EVERYWHERE.

That was their big derby match, hence the price. It's not usually £25.

Be good if when it's known our club could tell us if the Blackpool game at 12.50 was more profitable for us than 28 quid for the first two home games. Even with the price less than half it normally is i'd bet we make more money this weekend then in the previous two games, which is a good thing. Then we can bang on about lower prices meaning bigger crowds and more cash.

They are in London though. Is it a fair comparison?

If we charged £12.50 every home game people would start to moan it wasn't £10. BFC can never win.

They should test the waters with a cheap ticket offer in the west lower, see if they do sell more. £18 maybe. Then they can still charge away fans the full price because it isn't comparable seating.

I'm not sure if that's correct. It isn't comparable seating but I'm sure I read that stands use a set criteria which is something like this.

    uncovered standing in corners
uncovered seats and covered standing in corners and uncovered standing behind goals
uncovered standing down sides, covered seating in corners and uncovered seats or covered standing behind goals
covered seats behind goals and uncovered seats or terracing down sides
    covered seats down sides

So you can't charge less for the west lower (uncovered seats) than you do for the covered seats in the away end as theyre both in the same group.
The only way to do it is to put away fans in the west upper where you could charge them £30 a ticket and put home fans behind the goals at a tenner a go.

Surely we can charge less for uncovered seating?
