Quality. Will be worthy winners if they win the Mercury Music Award

I'm always a bit one step behind on current music and had not heard of these but they sound quite interesting on what I just googled. Will endeavour to listen tomorrow on itunes. I like sad songs. :)

Porper good album. Can see if someone hadn't heard their music they wouldn't be blown away with a live performance because its not heavy guitar driven or frenetic but it gets better every time I hear it

extremely jealous. I went to see Django Django last Monday at the Plug in Sheffield. They were pretty awesome. Well worth giving there album a listen to if you like Alt-J.

In terms of winning the Mercury Awards too.. I'm hoping for Richard Hawley but I think Alt-J will take it.

Would be happy with that too. To be fair I think Mercury Awards usually get it about it right, not many winners I haven't liked

Hmmm, indie rock but with unusual vocals played over hip hop beats. Definitely not straight guitar music. More soaring sounds with a beat really. Basically not easy to describe. One review I saw said it was dub-pop
