    But that's still a reduced budget. Hill is operating under income generated and Robins was operating under a benefactor who underwrote some players wages. I understood we've adopted FFP rules in advanceon the rationale that we would be better prepared for when it bites. Which was a gamble but should pay off if we have managed to retain championship status.

    ps I'm not criticising Robins, thought he did a good job and was entitled to reevaluate his position when the picture changed. But the fact he wanted to consider his future surely confirms the budget situation had changed?

    Right ok, I see. No I wasnt actually aware of that. But still it was additional money that he had that presumably kh will not get... Not that goc was worth it mind

    Which ever way you look at it we have one of the smaller budgets in this league, on a side note I was listening to talksport today and they were talking about Middlesbrough been 2nd despite the fact that they'd only got a small amount of money to spend, I'd be interested to see what their budget is at the side of ours
