Transfer window is shut. It's hardly a swoop if he has to wait til january, more a £500,000 meandering dawdle. Unless we get him on loan first and agree a pre-nup with the player and his amoeba of a mother club.

I'd be gutted if we gave that fcukin club 500k. And I'd be amazed if we spent that on any one player, and staggered if that one player was Paul O'Grady. Surely Davies and Mido can't be more than a couple of weeks off, and Marlon is bound to bang the goals in now he's broke his duck? And then there's Daggers, who is due for a hat-trick. We'll be reight, dunt need loans. Plus, it only gives folk ammo to use against Keith.
I'd be disapointed if we wasted half a million by giving Wednesday a profit on one of their fringe players.
I'd love it if we sign O'Grady If only to **** off some of our fans, who'd be whining about signing a player from Sheffield Wednesday and/or someone who's turned out for Rochdale! Of course, they'd claim it was simply that they believed he was crap! O'Grady would instantly become my favourite player before he'd kicked a ball for us!

I stand by what I said You're conveniently ignoring his three other goals this season. Only Craig Davies, whose form you were criticising just a couple of weeks ago, has scored more for us this season. Sign him up, Keith. Make my day!
Since when? Last week on here it was mentioned Davies himself said he expects to be back for Huddersfield game at the latest.
I think Keith Hill said 6 week. Mido's apparently said he would be back about 3/4 times and hes still not back.
Also in the mirror. Can't see us paying that much for him, I was under the impression we had no money. He's just another Danny Shittu, Derek Riordan, Kevin Phillips, just another player we're linked with 4 or 5 times a season. I bet he'll still not be a Barnsley player by the end of the season, and I bet we'll be linked with him again before then.
