whos this keeper who never as a bad game

ive not see one yet.
Ive seen steele make more mistakes in one game for u21 then bens made all season.
Yes bens had a shocker but he cant be beaten up by this all the time.

 

Steele was poor for about three years. He was definitely poor in Robins's first season. Last season he was excellent so if I had a choice between the Steele of 2012 and Ben Alnwick of 2012 then it's Steele every time for me. I'd prefer Heinz Muller though.

 

I think the Alnwick/Steele debate has been done to death - and I recall nobody suggesting that Steele is faultless.

The majority, myself included, just happen to think Steele is the superior goalkeeper.

But, of course, we are all wrong. Because hemsworth's been to an u21 game or two so undoubtedly knows best.

Can't speak for everybody, but I'll happily support anyone who pulls on a tarn shirt (unlike some fans who have deep rooted hatred for ginger haired club legends), so if Alnwick continues, I'll support him as any other. Still doesn't make him a better goalkeeper than Luke Steele, but whoevers picked gets supported in my book.

 

Steele will make a mistake again at some point.

The acid test is ask yourself who'd you prefer to be in goal first game next season?

It may already be too late for Steele to decide he will stay, but as most see him as the better keeper, the answer would be him.

Actually Hemsworth is a big fan of Bobby Hassell. It's just that his spelling is so bad that it appears that he has some crazed vitriolic vendetta against him. Int that right Phil?
